What a lovely crisp winter day, the sun has been shining but we still have snow in sheltered corners of the garden. DH and I took our dog out for a nice walk after lunch it was so nice to get outside. I have been busy crafting but can't post any pictures just yet as one is for Thriftyscotlass and she has not recieved it yet and the other two are for my twin grand daughters birthday on March 5th. I read somewhere recently that a blog withour pictures is boring so maybe its time to introduce my crafting companians Our dog Monty is 6 years old and we have had for 4 years he came from a rescue centre having been abandoned and left to fend for himself. It took 8 weeks of careful feeding to get him up to his proper weight. He has his own bed in the corner of the craft room and sleeps there if nothing more interesting is happening and he can hear the biscuit tin 2 rooms and a flight of stairs away.
Dandy our cat is a very relaxed old man of 16 his igloo is just inches from my feet as I sit at the computer which makes it ideal for he likes to pat my shoes!!!! go figure!! but he just stretches pats my foot turns round and back to sleep, what a life.
awww they are so cute! our cats have yet to discover the great outdoors!x
ReplyDeleteWell done you on your perseverance. I admire people who rescue animals and make the effort to bring them round. Monty looks so cute. Love the fact that your pusscat pats your shoes. It's so cute when they do things like that. Jaqui x
