I noticed challenges on Passion for Promarkers so have done a card for their current one Blossom and Pastel Green and if I can work out how to post to their site will enter

I used sugar nellies Gorjuss -foxy stamp coloured with Promarkers Blossom, Pastel Green, Sandstone and Spice I also used blosson and P Green on some E-line white paper flowers

I embossed and "nestied" a piece of Cordenations card and a sheet of white paper with Lables die and then coloured the paper with Pastel Green. The sentiment shape is also coloured paper

I attached the flowers with some lovely pearl brads from my stash

I used 1 inch split rings to put the "book" together

toms mum posted on MSE about a "word card" so I thought I could post this to let her see how I did mine last year

Someone on MSE was asking about sympathy cards and what "type" we made. I would like honest opinions on this one. I recently bought the "Guardian Angel " stamp from sugar nellie. I liked the look of it but when I was talking to the assistant she said she used it for sympathy cards and that has sort of changed the way I see it. I have made a card up and would like your opinion too childish? not serious enough? Oh I am just not sure about it now, anyway what do you think?

Boy it is so cold and we have more SNOW, I made some wonderfully warming soup this morning. There is something so comforting to me in weather like this about being in a warm kitchen, music playing in the background, chopping veg and herbs. Even better once you had done it you get the pleasure of eating it mmm

I see I have sprouted some followers, so welcome all. I assume you are fellow MSE crafters. I am very new to all this so now need to workout how to "follow" so thats the task for this evening if DH has football to watch tonight.

day 2

well this is day 2 of my craft blog, and I am going to try to post the card I have made for my niece, I have used an image from sugar nellies "autumn" stamp range and coloured it with prisma pencils, using sansoder and paper stumps to blend the colours. I saw this demonstrated at my local craft shop and treated my self . I used my "bug" and nesties to mount the image and sentiment and coloured white paper flowers with promarkers to match the backing paper

well would you believe it!!! now I need to work out what I did, that way I can do it again.
