Hippy Chick

This card is following the sketch on the current Sugar Bowl challenge 51 Kikis sketch.

I just love Hippy chick she sits there in that fluid position that only young can achieve (sigh)

I chose the colour combo in line with the challenge " Black White and one other colour" and have used green as my other colour

off sett nestie and MSE Flower card

I tried a new technique yesterday, I saw it on the C&C Spellbinders show where you stamp over the edge of a die cut shape,cut the outer edge and slip the nestie under the "spare " bit and cut as usual. This leaves a nestie shape with the stamped image over the edge (if you see what I mean)

CT's challege on MSE this time is flowers so I chose the docrafts stamp with this in mind I coloured with Promarkers( the colour does not show as well as I would have liked, I blame the photographer )and added gems from stash. I think I like the off set effect and will try it with other images.

The beautiful Bird on branch is a Marrianne creatable die I got for Christmas and I will use that a lot it is lovely

Sugar Nellie/MSE Valentine

The current Sugar Nellie challenge is a sketch and embossing ( see my challenge side bar) and Artydoll on MSE set us a "Valentine" challenge so here is my take.

I used the lovely sugar nellie stamp " Young Love" and embossed the papers and die cuts in my bug
